sick
yup. I’ve been sick for the last few days. So that’s why the profile has been low. I haven’t forgotten about the blog and I will continue to post a few times a week. But as of late my diet has consisted of fruit ice bars and a strenuous workout has been moving from the bed to the couch. So cut me some slack. :-)
