I’m using a loose definition of cruft. Take a look at the permalink for this entry:

Not too helpful in determining what the page is.

A better URL for the same page could be:

http://www.waking-dream.com/archives/reworking-styles/

or just:

http://www.waking-dream.com/reworking-styles/

or you could use a date-based method:

http://www.waking-dream.com/archives/2006/04/20/reworking-styles/

Ok Adam, I need a bit more on what exactly is making them crufty. I realize that I have a lot of content to link in. But in terms of the body URLs, where are the issues?
